Joe is a Colorado native and has been playing the drums most of his life. He focuses on synchronizing his playing with the bass to provide a solid foundation for the lead vocals and guitars in the band to stand on.  A solid mix of precision and power best describe Joe's style.  Putting on a quality, entertaining show is his primary motivation, getting people up dancing and having a great time.  Greatest influences include John Bonham, Chad Gracey and more recently Todd Sucherman.  And of course, Neil Peart (admiration only as that pedestal is too high to reach.)
